Payment Policy
We accept payment Via Paypal, Checks (US
only), or Money Orders (payable in US dollars only). We do not accept, and
will not be responsible for cash payments.
Payment is due within 7 days. We understand that due to postal delays, payment may not be received within the allowed time. We will follow up with the buyer to ensure payment has been sent.
We also understand that occasionally people make mistakes or run into unforeseen problems. If you have a problem completing the transaction and sending payment, please let us know right away. We will work with you to cancel the transaction or delay payment. Please see our feedback policy regarding Non-Payment.
Shipping
Decals: Our decals are not created until they are ready to ship. Once payment has been received, your decals will be made and shipped within 72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Please note that we personally deliver your order directly to the Post Office to ensure they go out as soon as possible.
Signs: Coroplast and Magnetic signs will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days once final approval has been received. All Coroplast signs are shipped USPS Priority.
First Class Shipping: Usually takes from 3 to 7 days within the Continental US, but may take slightly longer. Please allow at least 10 days before contacting us about a lost item. If you have not received your items after 10 days, please contact us right away. Because of increased security and other customs issues, shipping outside the continental US and to Canada may take up to several weeks.
Priority Shipping: Normally takes 2 to 3 days within the Continental US. Priority shipping includes a tracking number to help prevent loss. Priority shipping is not available to foreign countries.
Shipping Charges: It is our policy to offer the minimum packing and shipping costs possible. Our handling charges are based only on the cost of packing materials (envelopes, included paperwork, packing materials, Etc). We do not include a labor charge on packing. Postage Fees are based on the package weight and size and have been established by experience with previous shipping charges. If you would like a copy of the postal receipt, please let us know and we will include it with your order, or we can send it via Email as an attachment.
International Shipping:
Because of variations in shipping rates to foreign countries, it is impossible for us to include all shipping charges in our ads. For all sales to foreign countries we ask you to contact us for shipping charges prior to paying for your order.
In addition, with the current world situation, excessive shipping delays may be experienced to some foreign countries. We ask that you please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery.

Satisfaction Guarantee
Decals: Southern Exposure offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee under the following
guidelines;
All decals are guaranteed unconditionally against fading, peeling, and
cracking for a period of one year. We cannot be responsible for road
hazards, vandalism, Etc.
Although we use only the highest quality materials available, occasional quality issues do arise, and it is important for us to know of any problems with our product.
Upon receipt of your merchandise, please examine each item carefully before installing. If you find any damage or defects, contact us right away for disposition instructions. You may be asked to return the item for a replacement, or a complete refund (including shipping charges) at your discretion.
Each decal comes with detailed installation instructions. We cannot be responsible for incorrect installation. Please contact us immediately if you have any problems or questions with the installation.
Coroplast (FSBO) Signs: Coroplast signs are guaranteed against fading, peeling, or cracking for a period of one year from the date of purchase. We cannot be responsible for weather damage, vandalism, Etc.
Please read the following paragraphs carefully.
For Sale by Owner, Rental, and other signs are custom made and cannot be reused. These signs can not be returned for design issues.
Prior to shipping your sign, we send you an exact image of the finished product. It is very important that you examine the design closely for spelling, phone numbers, addresses, Etc. During the purchasing process, we will make any changes to the design you desire. Once you approve the design, you are stating that everything is correct and you are willing to accept the design "As Is".
Feedback
Policy
Southern Exposure normally does not initiate a feedback until after the customer
has left theirs. Why do we have this policy?
You wouldn't want to buy from a seller that has a habit of overcharging, failing to ship the product, or generally shows no concern for customer satisfaction. That type of seller has no business on eBay. Checking their feedbacks will certainly play an important part in your decision to purchase from them.
We believe that customer feedback is a report to the eBay community on the overall transaction and the seller's business practices and should not be left until you have received your merchandise. Only then will you know if you are satisfied with your purchase.
At Southern Exposure, we believe that the transaction is not complete until you (the customer) say it is. If there is a problem with the quality of our product, communications, shipping, or if you are simply not satisfied with the quality of our products, then the transaction has not been completed.
Once any problems have been resolved, you have received your merchandise, and are happy with the purchase, then you place your feedback. At that point, we know the transaction is complete and we will respond back to you with our feedback.
Negative Feedbacks: Why would we leave you a negative feedback?
Negative feedbacks can be very damaging to the reputation of both buyers and sellers. At Southern Exposure, we will do everything possible to avoid leaving a customer a negative feedback. Unfortunately there are times when we feel we have no choice:
Non-Payment: We believe that everyone makes mistakes. Maybe you pushed the wrong button, bought something and realized you don't have the money, or simply found something else you liked better. For whatever reason, we only ask that you be up front with us and let us know that you cannot complete the transaction. Although we must still file a non-payment to recover our selling fee's, we will not leave a negative feedback to an honest customer.
Fraud: As we said, we appreciate an honest customer. Intentionally lying to us or attempting to defraud us in any way will result in a negative feedback and any other legal recourse we may choose to pursue.
Inappropriate feedbacks to us: We realize that there are rare occasions when it is impossible for us to completely satisfy a customer, and we will accept the appropriate feedback without recourse.
However, just as the seller has an obligation to satisfy their customers, we believe the customer also has an obligation to allow the the seller a chance to resolve any issues before leaving feedback.
If you leave us a negative feedback without letting us know you had a problem, it means that you did not fulfill your responsibility as a customer, to allow us the opportunity to resolve the problem before the end of the transaction. In that case we will dispute the negative and respond in kind.

site are shown in black for clarity. The black part of the image is the
actual decal (the decals have no background). Please note that some of our
decals are solid and some are outlined as shown below.
