How do we make
your Decal

First we develop an image using a combination of the latest versions of Corel Draw, Corel Trace, Photo paint, and Adobe Photo Deluxe. Once the image has been created, it is converted to a vector format, cleaned up, sized, and then saved as a special "Plot" file to be cut on vinyl.

Once the image is ready to plot, we select from a wide variety of opaque, metallic, and other specialty vinyl materials. We use only the highest quality materials available. For more information on our vinyl material, please visit the "About the Vinyl" page

The vinyl is loaded into a "Roland Camm" vinyl cutting plotter. The image is sent from the computer, and the outline is traced with a special knife that will cut through the thin layer of vinyl material without cutting into the backing paper.

After the cutting process, the unwanted material is "Weeded" out, leaving only the finished image. This part is done by hand and can be quite time consuming depending on the image being weeded.

A layer of transfer paper is applied over the finished image. This paper allows the decal to be lifted off of the backing paper and transferred to application surface.

The excess is trimmed from the finished decal. It is then packed and made ready for shipping.
